Jacob Neeley is an associate in Perkins Coie's Environment & Natural Resources practice in the Madison office. Prior to joining the firm, he conducted several large-scale research projects regarding state constitutional law and direct democracy for University of Wisconsin Law School’s State Democracy Research Initiative.
While attending University of Wisconsin Law School, Jacob worked as a summer associate at Perkins Coie. He also served as a note and comment editor for the Wisconsin Law Review, where he also published scholarship regarding federal railroad law. Prior to attending law school, Jacob worked as a digital marketer and content writer for several technology startups in Little Rock, Arkansas.
